Agentforce –> Salesforce’s Einstein Generative AI Platform is not currently available in Developer Edition orgs. However, you can sign up for a trial org through one of the Trailhead modules. This org will be available for you for a limited time only.
Go to trail head and then go to “Get Ready for Agentforce” trails module or go to the below link directly

Then click on “Get started for free” button. You will get the agentforce enabled org username and password reset email to your email address.
