Go to https://test.salesforce.com
Put your production org user name by appending .sandbox_name
For example, if a username for a production organization is testuser@abcd.com, and the sandbox is named “test”, then the modified username to log into the sandbox is testuser@abcd.com.test
While creating sandbox salesforce automatically changes sandbox usernames, but not passwords. So password will be same as production org.
UserName: testuser@abcd.com.test (test is the sandbox name)
Password: xxxxxxxxxx (Production org password)
