How to setup Agentforce?

Go to setup and search for “Einstein Setup” in the quick find box. Then turn on the toggle for “Turn on Einstein”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now from the Setup -> Quick Find, search for and select Agents, then turn on Agentforce toggle.

 

Now create a experiance cloud site for agentforce deployment. In the free org its already created –

Add a Permission Set “Agentforce Service Agent User” to the Agent’s User Profile

Now create the Agent – Setup -> Quick find -> search for Agents and then click for “New Agent” button.

Select the type and click Next –

 

Now add the required topics and click Next –

You can see the included actions(Existing for demo) from by clicking the link “See Included Actions”  –

Now define the settings – Add some text about company details field and then select the service agent user, then click Next button.

Now the last step -> Select Data. Click on “Create” button

 

Once you click on create button, you will see below screen –

There is the conversation preview window, you can test by writing something about the topic or say hi.
