Difference between Sales Cloud and Service Cloud?
Sales Cloud:
i) “Sales Cloud” refers to the “sales” module in salesforce.com.
ii) It includes Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Pricebook, Campaigns etc.
iii) It includes features like web-to-lead, lead assignment rule and auto response rule.
iv) It is designed to provide end to end sales process solution.
Service Cloud:
i) “Service Cloud” refers to the “service” module in salesforce.com.
ii) It includes Account, Contacts, Cases, Solutions etc.
iii) It includes features like web-to-Case, case assignment rule and auto response rule.
iv) It is designed to provide end to end support process solution.
